If you're not satisfied with your ClarityIQ purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund of unopened, unused product.

How to request a refund

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Non-refundable

Opened or used product, gift cards, and shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
